About Dobarsko
The village of Dobarsko is situated near the famous winter resort Bansko. Population is 700 people (200 households).
Dobarsko is a mountain village - 1070 m. above the sea level. It is nestled in the south foot of the holy Rila mountains and overlooks the endless horizons of the pearl of Bulgarian mountains - Pirin, and the wide Rodopi mountains.
The 10 mile drive to Bansko is beautiful mix of snow covered wonderland in winter and spring meadows in the summer. Unlike Bansko itself there it is a vibrant tourist attraction all year round as visitors walk into the Rila national park, thus creating winter and summer income for would be investors.
The village is attracting new investors who have built homes, guest houses and hotels recognizing the summer and winter rental potential and the likely fast capital gains in the villages surrounding Bansko.
