Easy Payment Plan

You can pay your apartment in 3 instalments:

• 30% within 14 days after signing the purchase contract
• 40% upon completion of the building shell (around May 2006)
• 30% after Pirin Lodge is finished and the title deed is issued in your name at the notary public (November/December 2006)

Please note that all our prices include 20% Bulgarian VAT based on the real price that you pay and that will appear on the title deed.

There is no commission to pay on any of our apartments.
